5. The dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner used within the facility are all highly biodegradable, considering the environmental impact on rivers and oceans.
6. In addition to the private kitchen, we have a safe and sanitary cooking lesson kitchen certified with a business license by the local health department. This ensures the health and safety of all guests during their stay.
7. We respect all religions.
Example 1: One of Japan’s representative dining manners is expressing gratitude with “Itadakimasu” before a meal and “Gochisousama deshita” after a meal, while putting hands together. This will be introduced as part of Japanese culture, but it is not mandatory. Please feel free to use greetings or prayers in accordance with your own religion.
Example 2: About Halal. We have completed the training courses for “Halal Hospitality Supervisors” and “Halal Managers” hosted by the Japan Halal Association. We also offer cooking lessons tailored to Halal practices. Our facility has a separate kitchen for cooking lessons, which is a pork-free area. All ingredients, pots, pans, cutting boards, and cooking utensils used in the lesson kitchen are exclusively dedicated to Halal.
Example 3: If there is a need for prayers or religious activities, you may prioritize them at any time, even during a lesson. The guest rooms have a Qibla sticker. Washing facilities such as sinks or the bathroom can be used for purification. We also provide Qibla compasses and prayer mats upon request.
Example 4: Our facility has a “Kamidana” (a miniature Shinto shrine for households). These are commonly found in many Japanese homes and are not particularly significant. It is a reminder to show gratitude in daily life, and we hope for your understanding.

About the cats: They usually stay in their own room. They rarely appear in front of guests, but sometimes they hold a post-meal “exercise session” in the hallway. If you have a cat allergy, please carefully consider using our facility.
