Contacting Guests regarding reservations and related matters

When the Guest requests reservations or arrangements for sightseeing facilities
When necessary for coordination with travel agencies used by the Guest
When urgent medical attention is required and obtaining the Guest’s consent is difficult
When required by law
When permission has been granted for photography or for the use of photos or videos on the Facility’s website or social media ※ Permission will be confirmed through the check-in form.

4. Management of Personal Information
The Facility takes necessary measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or alteration of personal information and manages such information appropriately.

5. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Suspension of Use
Upon receiving a request from the Guest for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of their personal information, the Facility will confirm the identity of the requester and respond within a reasonable period (generally within 30 days).

6. Compliance and Review
The Facility complies with applicable Japanese laws and regulations regarding personal information and will review and improve this Policy as necessary.
