Kids Policy & Maternity Policy
- Our services primarily focus on authentic cooking classes, which involve the use of fire and sharp tools. These may not be suitable for young children due to the environment, facilities, and service content.
- The use of our facilities and services is limited to individuals aged 13 and above. Standard rates apply. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian or an individual approved by the guardian.
- When participating in Japanese cooking lessons, if you have concerns about using fire or knives, please consult with a guardian and focus on safer cooking activities.
- In the dedicated kitchen room used for Japanese cooking lessons, there are specific rules, such as required calls or precautions when passing by others. If you find it challenging to understand and strictly follow these rules, we kindly ask you to refrain from using the service even if you are 13 years or older.
- The basic service includes a matcha workshop. Matcha, made by dissolving powdered tea leaves, contains more caffeine compared to brewed green tea or black tea. Therefore, it may not be suitable for children or pregnant individuals.
- Even if pregnant individuals choose not to participate in the matcha workshop, the standard rates will still apply.
- In case of injuries or burns caused by personal negligence, immediate first aid will be provided. However, we disclaim liability for such incidents (e.g., injuries or burns).
- If you are 13 years or older but feel uncertain about the above guidelines, we kindly request you to refrain from using our facilities or services.
- We sincerely hope you enjoy a safe and delightful experience, creating wonderful memories while adhering to the rules.
